Ledum pal 200 is the medicine which has to be taken twice in a week 4 drops and always remember that you have to keep gap of 20 minutes before meals every medicine should be taken with 5 minutes of gap.

Kali bromatum 200 this is the second medicine which has to be used and the method remains same twice in a week and that to 4 drops direct on tongue or in one tablespoon of water before or after meals with 20 minutes of gap.

Asterias Rubens 200 this medicine has to be taken once daily 4 drops on tongue or in one tablespoon of water before meals 20 minutes earlier.

Berberis aquifolium mother tincture this as to be taken in 1/2 cup of water 20 drops three times in a day and the method remains same 20 minutes before the meals.

Important notice: the medicine recommend all has to be taken as prescribed and always remember that if you have taken ledum pal in morning then take Kali bromatum in the afternoon or at night and asterias Rubens has to be taken in afternoon or at night. 

keep one fixed time for each like if you have taken asterias Rubens in the morning then take Kali bromatum in afternoon and ledum pal at night this makes you easier to take the medicine also you can maintain gap among them.

Always remember to keep atleast 5 minutes of gap between two medicine that is as you know that Berberis aquifolium has to be taken thrice in a day and asterias Rubens has to be taken once in a day so while taking them both when it comes once in a day where you have to take both for that keep 5 minutes of gap that will be better for best results.
